So had a bad weekend of it and thought i was over this horrible thing that has consumed me. I am now at a point where i am so down about the losses feel hard to think i will ever be able to accept it. Not sure if this is the rock bottom part but know it has to stop,its just one stupid slot that for some reason has me addicted. The shame i feel is just unreal, i can't believe the money i have wasted.

Feel positive that you posted on here, yeah the moneys gone now but think on how you can rebuild yourself , it will take time but in a few months time you can look at your bank and see what you haven't wasted on gambling. I am now on day 58 and was tough first off but i feel much better each day that passes. I have relapsed several times in the past but i wont this time. I am sure you won't either .
Can I just ask which slot it is that has you addicted?
