Hi all,

Please see below the latest tally count...great to see that all 25 soldiers who checked in stayed gamble free. Brilliant work.

Couple of things for this week :-

1) Cheltenham week. This can be big challenge for gamblers. Keep those barriers up, restrict access to cash, stay in touch on this forum and do what you have to do to resist temptation. We can all do this with a bit of planning.

2) Self-exclusion: OldhamKTF has brilliantly found a number that allows you to self-exclude from all bookmakers within a postcode. The number is on one of his posts but I'm sure he woudn't mind sharing the experience if anyone would find it useful.

Best of luck to you all for the week ahead.

Cheers Gary but I have to credit Dean for the number he pointed it out to me.

The number is tel:0800 294 2060

All you do is call up give your name and email and tell them your postcode you want exclude from they go on google maps and bring up bookies in that area and ask if you want to exclude from them just say yes.

They send you t&c's send them back with a copy of photo ID and another photo I just did a selfie and that's it multi exclusion in less than half hour.

No reason not to do it even for you Gary.

KTF
