Hi all,
Just a quick update today due to work committments...welcome to all the new members who have either joined or rejoined the challenge.
Huge congratulations to anyone who has reached a milestone this week...I've said it before that sometimes taking this an hour at a time is worth celebrating as the urges can be so strong. Everyone who continues to check in is doing great.
For those here from the start of the year, we're now a quarter of the way through this challenge. I hope you are all finding it useful in your recovery.
