It's coming up to pay day and that is always my trigger to start gambling. Something about having money in my account, I just want more! The rest of the month I hardly think about gambling. So I will be posting on here on and around pay day each month in an effort to stem my gambling!

Thanks for the response.
ive considered it and wanted to try making a diary of sorts on here first to see if that helps. If it doesn't then perhaps that is the route I need to take.
I think coming on here asap in the morning I get paid and actually writing positively will do wonders.
