Hi guys. Just a few words of advice about today. By now we will have been exposed to ads and chat about the national. I reckon it's wise to avoid social media all day today so you don't hear of people having "a flutter", so you don't see that the horse that wins was one you would've done. Don't let the emotional hold that this day has on the nation grip you. It's just another day, but always stay aware of the dangers that lurk around the corner. If people try to talk about it later, just politely change the subject. I have been sucked in on days like this before in the past. It will not be happening today!!
