Hi

I use to think that humbling our self was about unhealthy belittling our self, yet that was not true.

Humbling our self is about seeing our self as an equal to people in the recovery rooms.

No matter when our last bet was I got to understand what my emotional triggers werte.

Today I understand that humbling our self is making us aware that if one person can reach healthy needs in the recovery meetings so can we.

If one person can reach healthy wants in the recovery meetings so can we.

If one person can reach healthy goals in the recovery meetings so can we.

The longer I was in the recovery meetings the healthier I got.

Fears use to disable me from living a healthy life.

Procrastination use to disable me from living a healthy life.

By putting lots of my time and effort going to meetings I became a much healthier person.

By putting lots of my time and effort in to my therapies my fearsreduced and my trust issues grew.

The addictions and obsessions just indicated how emotionally vulnerable I use to be.

The addictions and obsessions just indicated that I had certain unhealthy emotional triggers.

Healing love and peace to every one.

I no longer live my life as a loner.

I am a non religious person yet I am a much healthier spiritual person.

The recovery meetings helped me exchange unhealthy habits in to healthy habits.

No one could stop me gambling except my self.

The gambling establishments never hurt me, I hurt my self.
