Has anyone tried Allan Carrs easy way to stop gambling? I used his stop smoking book and found it really good. I thought about getting it for my husband but don't want to contradict anything ga would say. Does it still encourage meeting etc? X

I think it's a little more complicated than what Allen Carr could write in a book.
Usually if someone tells me not to do something it makes me want to do it more. I guess that's the rebellious boy in me.
Im sure he's in good hand's with ga. And Allen Carr may contradict everything ga is about
