I'm posting this here as I want my diary to be more positive. I used the word above last night in the chatroom in a light-hearted way as the room had gone very quiet - that was the only reason. It's a bit like saying "I can hear a pin drop"? It was not meant as a dig at anyone - no way. If the transcipt was available and as other forum users can testify you would see I was only talking about recovery in my own experience. My laptop froze and suddenly dozens of posts popped up and people who had just arrived had obviously got the wrong end of the stick. I don't feel I have anything to apologise for as I think I have clarified above why I used that word - it was meant harmlessly. Best wishes, Phil

Phil,

Your comment was unneccessary as the individual you were responding to has previously asked you not to communicate with them. Very similar to what you have asked people to do on your diary.

Personally i waited to hear what the good news was as the chat can be littered with hardship and uplifting news can be good.

Fortunately on this occassion many experienced Cg's were there to assist the newbies and to await the good news.

Sometimes in chat Phil it is best to listen and wait instead of extracting an answer or response. I know you have had issues before in chat and on several occassions the advice has been to chill.

In last nights chat i was more concerned about H2Z than any petty quibbles you may have

I have just tried to explain above what I meant - the person in question wasn't even in the room! It was a light-hearted comment about the room going quiet that was taken out of context. Prior to making the silly comment I had been trying to be helpful to other chatroom users. I have no personal beef with anyone but I have acknowledged on my diary page that I have a temper which I am addressing. I reiterate that the comment I made was not a dig at anyone so I think the expression "petty quibbles" is incredibly unfair especially as I have taken the time to write above - sincerely - what I meant.

Perhaps then its time to move on and put those petty quibbles away once and for all. It isnt the first time or the last that arguments and discussions happen here involving anyone. Not only you.

However circumstances and life have brought us all here at this moment in time and we are all trying our best.

Chat recently has had a lot of first time posters on there. Now we all know it is not a quick solution however if all they see are people bickering what chance do they have

I understand Bal and agree with you and appreciate your feedback but please believe me when I say my comment was just light-hearted - it was not a dig.

If I think chats slow....or am wondering if I'm still connected etc ...I tend to type..."anybody here" !
If a poster has implied there going to tell us something....I wait for them to type...
Patience ....tolerance....acceptance....
All things I focus on now....
Not being self centered and thinking everything revolves around me....
Tumbleweed. ....if you Google it can be used to say "a person that annoys us "....so I'm my opinion...
A vary bad choice of word to use on a forum

I think Loxxie hit the nail on the head. Basically Julie said she had a good result today which was followed by you and I quote well we're waiting tumbleweed. Which in my eyes was provoking an argument to which I replied with what I said. I'm not saying you are but you were at that Time .

And that's my final say on it , and it'll be my final comment on this site so all the best

I will be honest and say I had an email from admin yesterday morning about the remark I made on Saturday which I deeply regret saying "they would hate to have to moderate me" so I am saying after that there was no way I was trying to provoke or cause an argument. It was not a personal comment which is why I started this thread. Best wishes Phil
