So .. since my first post and second update on a relapse. He hadn't gambled as far as I am aware.
He's thrown himself into learning.
Started at the gym. Paying bills on time.
But his mood swings are irrational! I keep thinking of popping by and posting but never know where to start so thought I'd just ramble.
Last week we full blown rowed (kids in school) over sauces and jams
So didn't speak near a week as I didn't back down as per your advice last time.
This week we argued over rubber gloves (kids again in school)
I've recently started more work, trying to gain more financial control. And less reliance. I feel so much anger and disdain towards him right now, over silly things but he isn't apologising. He is just being unreasonable. And irrational and stupid.
I don't know if this is a sign off stress. Christmas is hopefully covered financially except the time he wants to take off to spend with the kids.. but that's hard work now and should be ok !! I won't be off as I can't take time off except 2 days. I am so mad at him again.

Hi,

I'd advise you to focus on your problem, which is your unhappiness and distress and you being on the receiving end of his mood swings. Get help and support to cope with your situation, rather than have your peace of mind being determined by his behaviour. Try GC counselling and or GamAnon and your trusted friends and family.

Take care of you.

Well yday a friend sent an innocent txt saying they'd seen him.they don't knows he's an addict.

So we had it out. About it all from 2 weeks and yday.
Apparently it was the first and only time. I don't believe him. He doesn't care.

I can't see us moving past into next year together. As it stands now his addict mind set is on and I am the s**m of the earth..
Yay to this #_Г·:#* time of the year not
