its been almost several months now without any access to a single chat room, when will members get an honest answer as to why they’re no longer available? For what’s allegedly supposed to be the the uks no 1 gambling addiction charity the service has dropped well below standards of late and the website with lack of interaction from moderators and lack of services has almost become like an after thought
Great post and I agree entirely.
Hello Gem and Phil
We understand your frustration. The chatroom is in the very final stages of signoff and we should have something positive to announce very soon.
Best wishes

Couldn't you get through on the freephone or Netline chat Gem?

a month on, anything new to report on the chat room?
Hi Triangle, All,
you have noticed that we have deployed the chatrooms on the live webiste, unfortunately things have not improved since our test on the 29th of June (thank you for your help on that day Tri!).
We are still working on this as a priority, but we are very much dependant on our webhosts to help make this happen.
All I can say is thank you for your patience and that we (ALL at GamCare) share your frustration about the Chatrooms still not being available.
Thank you for your understanding.
All the best,
Eva

Six months I believe?
Hello Phil,
We apologise for the length of time it has been taking to resolve this technical problem.
Take care,
Forum admin.
I apologise for asking so often Forum Admin. Must be incredibly frustrating for you to be giving the same answer when you just want the chat up and running.
Hi Tri,
please don't apologise, it's absolutely fine, I know it has been a very long time.
I am hoping to give you some good news this week.
All the best,
Eva

How’s the new Chatrooms looking? Unfortunately I can’t join in The day and missed Monday.
Hopefully it will be successful it certainly played a big part in my recovery.
Has the set up changed much? Have many people logged in? Do we know what the future plans about times and days are?

Hi Oldham,
We've been trialling the room at 1pm all this week and a lot of the regulars have been in. It would be lovely to see you there. If you can make it. We will likely change up the time of the room next week, depending on staffing. We will publicise the hours on the chatroom page and in the forum. We will provide further information about future times and dates when we're able. We're not in a position to at the moment.
If anyone who's attended this week would like to give some comments here, it would be great to hear from you.
Best wishes,
Deirdre
