Thanks CW and Phil. Just to update, I have had a response. Not a good one, but a response all the same. The line 'simply an informative email telling our customers that something new is coming' is interesting. I am not a customer, I have permanently self excluded. Simply an informative email - complete joke, they clearly have no understanding of how a gambling addicts mind works - receiving information about gambling to an addict can be a trigger. Anyhow, I have now reported them.
