Today I am 16 days gamble free.

10 years of wreckless gambling has left me with huge losses but after many failed attempts at quitting I am putting everything into quitting for good.

Why is this time different to all the other times I have attempted to quit……well the simply answer is I cannot fund this any longer, I have hit rock bottom on loans, credit cards remortgages it just cannot carry on. Every avenue of borrowing to fund this awful addiction has been exhausted.

It is now make or break for me, do I want to be living in a tent somewhere because that exactly where this awful addiction is going to take me. I simply cannot allow that to happen to me and my family.

Time for drastic changes for the better and I am 16 days into that today. I am not allowing this to control me any longer.

Good luck to everyone and thank you for giving up your time to read this.

Well done King 👏👏👏. It really does sound like you mean it this time around.  I must ask though - have you also got all the necessary blocks in place? These are crucial for people like us on here and they really do help to stop us in our tracks if we are ever tempted back. 🙏.

Wishing you all the very best.
