Good evening all. I haven't been on here for quite a while as doing really well, 300 days today!! I am so chuffed and feel like a completely different person. If you can get through those early days, it gets so much easier but you must have the blocks in place and be honest with those around you. The night I decided to give up gambling, 300 nights ago was the worst and best night of my life. Please have faith and if you are struggling today it won't be forever, I promise. You can do this, keep fighting because there is a whole new world out there that is so much more fun. Will come back when it's a year. God bless x
