Hi There thanks for all the great posts, there very helpful and insightful.

On a personal note i continue to go through long periods without gambling, months etc, then for some reason i get that nasty urge and as soon as i start i just can't stop. Always thinking that the big win is round the corner and chasing all the money you've lost over the years. Ive got some barriers in place but as ever when you get the urge you find ways around and was wondering if anyone had a tips?

One major factor i believe for us compulsive gamblers is time. When you think of all the time you spend gambling, limiting this time can be beneficial. Keeping busy limits the time to spend gambling and you actually feel you are doing something worthwhile instead of wasting your life away on roulette in my case

Look forward to anyones responses and comments

Curly
