I’m 19 and from the UK. Realised I have a gambling addiction spending all my money on online sites, now on GamBan and GameStop.

I have lost a lot gambling, I’m not in much debt but have nothing to my name. I know that I have time to sort this out but I’m finding it super difficult to deal with losses and the money I could have had.

any help?

You can't change what's been done sadly, so don't think about what you could have had. Stick to the facts now, you haven't got it so there's nothing you can do about that, it's done and gone.

It sounds that your lucky in the sense you haven't gotten Into debt with gambling which means your starting from a good position. Get some help and speak to the right people to try and understand why you gambled so you know how to hopefully not go back to gambling in the future.

Focus on moving forward and building the life you want with what you have rather than letting what you could of had hold you back or even lead you to lose more

All the best 👍🏻

Hi jb82,

I wish I had the wisdom to realise I was an addict when I was 19.

You can't change the past and you can't get that money back.
