Hi mate well done for putting blocks in place, first thing first let a close friend know about your situation hand over finances especially early days when urgues are high be honest with yourself and friends and family seek ongoing support such as Ga or you can do it online which ever u prefer you can also use the chatroom facilities 7 days a week and their contact number if u are struggling you can ring moses hotline which will bared you from other forms of gambling in around your area you can also speak to online advisor for support or you can chat which ever u prefer 

Reading this made me feel like myself almost 10 years ago.

Please take my advice here - Do something about it now, go to meetings if you are worried, I understand it is hard to tell people about this but it is best to sort this before it gets worse - the signs are there.

Well done for spotting it early though, use this website for support if you feel you are not ready to tell people in your life. 

You have a chance to prevent any more serious damage being done to your life and the people around you - PLEASE take the chance and do it, I wish someone could have told me this years ago.

Nipping it in the bud is one hell of a move and something i wish i had done 35 years ago, well done for spotting it and addressing it, please don`t wait till it gets worse because it will.

Do as Taz says above, get every single block you can in place, if at all possible tell a love one or friend.

Whether on here, Ga or anywhere else get support.

Talking about it does help and helps to make sense of it all, and also where it may end up if unchecked.
