Hi everyone,
Ive been on here before and i stopped gambling in December 2016 until June 2017. Since June its the same pattern thats been going on for years. I get paid, I lose most of it and struggle for the rest of the month!
Ive been gambling since 18 and im 36 now.
It has to stop now and im determined to do it this time.
This is the best place to be honestly.
Can you figure out why you started again? To go from December to June is an amazing achievement (which I've never managed) - it could unlock the reason why you gamble and might be able to help you quit for good.
Done it again today... although I won money I still feel like I failed! Back to 0 days
im like you wanting to stop is hard. i cant just stop il do what ever i can to get hold of money to bet. im going to rehab in january for 14 weeks hopefully this will work. good luck and all the best
