This is my 3rd time round the block on this site and although I have not put put myself in financial trouble, nor have i put my family in any harm, I can feel the gambling hand tightening around my body. I have been gambling hard now for around 3 weeks solid, but it is slowly reaching breaking point and has to stop before I put my relationship and my children into jeopardy. Sessions over the weeks have resulted in me being up & down & back up to eventually breaking even, but despite the monetary value, I feel physically ill!!
It is now that I have to try and stop again - The stress that comes with it is unbearable, the hiding, the lies, the torture I put myself and my family though - All for just a few spins of a wheel. I already suffer from anxiety (possibly caused from previous meltdowns whilst gambling) and I now find myself on a constant time check of when i can gamble again.
I intend to use this sight for the time being on a daily basis - I know that others will help on here as they have done previously and I found the sight really useful. For whatever reason, I thought I could go it alone - However, after 147 long (but painless) days, I fell off the horse and at the minute, I feel like I am gambling more than ever. Anyway, thats me, hope to catch up with you at some point to exchange support.

Thanks for the information, I will be using this number when i get chance to - Working so many hours at the moment and with 2 children its difficult to fit anything in. That said, I always seem to fin time to gamble. Anyway, 4 days in - Saturdays are always tough, what with the busy sporting calendar, but we are nearly through the other side. Day 5 in sight
