Hi I'm new to this. I know I have a problem ? always seem to go back to gambling. Motivate myself that this will be the last time but always seem to mess up. I am a lucky person I have a great life I need to stop this now. An hour ago I lost £450 in half an hour. Disgusted but want to make this the last time. Going to use this forum for advice and support to overcome this. Would appreciate any advice to overcome this problem. Thanks for the helpÂ
