Wish I never gambled in my life.
Gambling for over 20 years have damaged my mental health a lot but just started realising that just recently.
Developed a speech disfunction (stammer) in recent couple of years and I believe that's from.damaged mental health by gambling as I never suffered from it previously and there's no history of that in our all family.
Absolutely P****d of with myself.
I am going to stop gambling since 26th May 2025 for next 6 months that's my first goal to see if my mental health is going go improve by not gambling or.not.
Affected by gambling?
