Hi guys, day 38 for me without gambling. 38 days ago my whole world fell apart. I'm determined that is going to be it forever.

Good start mate I'm day 142 today ..it gets easier step by step but keep focused on it. Hopefully you have blockers in place to assist

Well done Andy. It is day 14 for me. I hope I can continue as I have lost a lot to gambling and not just money.
