Update cannot remember the last day I gambled! Think it was the 1st October but it feels like weeks ago- strange. Still strong and no urge to gamble but it's so strange when the front door shuts and I'm in by myself I used to go online immediately and for a split second I think about grabbing my mobile but I'm not going to it's just habit. My partner has been amazing I'm so lucky but so pleased I told him everything as he went online and checked my credit file and there was all the loans overdraft etc and he was so pleased that I'd been honest I've also told him he can open my post and he has total control over everything. I feel relieved I should of done this ages ago but I think you've got to be desperate and no where else to go before your prepared to tell all and I was definitely desperate.

Great News Tooshie1961, its only once we start dealing with the issue we realise how much it stole from us, adn I dont just mean money. Times, freindships, family and work all play second fiddel to our compulsion but the flip side of this is once we commit to our recovery we really engage in these and they all improve.
Complancency is another enemy of ours so as you rightly say we will do it 1 day at a time.
