Finally taken the steps about my gambling, Its made me really depressed and I will lose everyone if I dont stop. I've just started counselling and the kind woman  mentioned about this forum and how I can share my problems with other people that also have suffered the same problem.  I was scared to do this as I feel really embarrassed in myself.

Hello.........its a nightmare isn't it!  Keep on here and tell your tale but be honest about it and I'm sure it will help.

We are all fools and suckers and drawn into this life ruining nightmare called gambling. Stop it while you can and be strong as the alternative is just dreadful.  I've gambled and wasted chunks of my money and life for over 40 years and regret it bitterly.

We are all a little embarrassed but hey! its all anonymous - your next door neighbour might be on too!

Good luck and follow the advice and tell people you need help....people are good and kind and you can control this now you have taken those first steps.

From another right daft fool....good luck.
