I can relate. It is difficult but it is possible for a human being to change. Have hope. Have faith. Have confidence. You can change no matter hard it may be. I wish you well. 

I am 32 in 12 days time. I starting gambling my whole months wages when i was on furlough and kept it hidden from everyone. I was spending my whole months wages in a 2 hour   period.on payday. Trying to chase my losses. 

Everything became to much when i was caught lying about who i got some money off and i knew then i had to open up to my wife. 

This was a huge moment for me. Dont get me wrong its an awful feeling telling someone you love so much that your practically gambled away their future ut without opening up i honestly dont think i would be sat here writing this. 

I lost my job the week before xmas because of my addiction. 

I recently started a new job last month and got my first wage lasst week. I finally have money in my bank account and that feeling is awesome.

I know its daunting but believe me opening up is the best thing you can do. You need the support around you. You cant do it on your own.

I am.2 days from reaching the famous 90 days. I havent set foot in a bookies havent placed a bet and i will be damned if i throw away the hard work ive done. 

Get registered wit gamstop and get gamban installed on every device in your home to prevent you from further temptation. Having gamban even blocks me from those stupid free slot games on the app store.
