Today I blasted some money through online gambling. I have gambled a lot online in the past couple of months and I was for one year clean of gambling before.
It's time for me to stop again and I have self excluded myself from various sites.
It's going to be a tough ride and I know the beginning will be the most rough.
stick at it. i stopped yesterday and have checked this site ten times today! we need to stick together, remind ourselves we're not alone and challenge each other to keep busy and do other things.
I am 24 years old, I don't have a job right now and have plenty of free time. I saved myself up some money but lost like 60% of it due to gambling.
Reading other people's post does make me feel I am not alone in this world and makes me want to achieve to overcome this addiction.
If anyone has some good tips or wants to give any other advice. Feel free to leave a message/post.
