Hello all I have been extremely stressed the past couple of days as up stairs was leaking water into my flat and blew my shower electrical circuit and damaged a few walls too. The tenant says it’s next door to him that’s the issue but it’s coming directly from above in my bathroom and hallway so it must be his pipes under his flat.
anyways it’s been 48 hours since the incident and I am going to have to get the details of the landlord from the building management company Today to contact them to get the insurance rolling and get the leak repaired and my electrics replaced and walls.
I honestly don’t know how I would cope if I was bloody gambling right now and thankful to the members here who post and comment regularly trying to help others too.
I also have my girlfriend moving in soon so this has not helped at all but all I can pray is
god grant me the serenity to accept the things I can not change, courage to change the thing I can and the wisdom to know the difference
