Gambling addict

Pretty much the same as me mate am 30 been gambling 15 years in 70k debt f*****g miserable looking to give it a ? now I don’t understand why do it cause it’s the same outcome every time I never win but go back knowing this is how it makes ye feel it’s mad can’t get me head around it gambling on cartoon dogs an race cars I feel like an embarrassment

I’ve decided to go down the cold route and try my best. Hard to keep yourself from other vices to keep yourself busy any hobbies people recommend? 

good luck - i can imagine how tough it may be for you now. glad you found this site, i think it will help. maybe start doing some DIY's but it's so hard to get motivated

i hope anyone can lift me up give me hope , i been into gambling 8 years now, and im so stress right now i dont knw what to do all my salary goes to gambling and lost and im in debt ,no friends to talk to, my family also suffering because of me.
