I will keep this relatively short.

Tonight I had an epiphany that has been coming for a LONG time.

I won £500 from £15 and lost it all on roulette in minutes. Moron. I have done worse mind.

For the last 10 years, I have been massively addicted to slots/roulette online.

It has wavered at points when I have had jobs, but this last 3 years has left everybody in my life to be mistrusting of me, myself to look awful, and my health to plummet.

I have today, excluded all my accounts, I will not do this anymore, I have to believe it. I have tried to give up in the past but I am sick of being pennyless, sick, and stressed.

I am sick of scrounging for money to lose online, to then be begging family for money the next day.

I am a complete idiot. I know I am. But from today, this WILL end. I will be happy again.

Welcome to recovery 🙂

You're not a complete idiot, well no more an idiot than I and many others on here can profess to be...Just somewhere along the line you took a wrong turn! The thing is, you can't go back & choose a different path but you can get back on the right one for your future! Great work excluding, just wondering are you even aware that there is such a thing as blocking software? I understand K9 is free but I'm sure GamCare would be able to point you in the right direction if you need advice! Breaking your gambling (Time-Money-Location, remove one & you cannot gamble) triangle will help you abstain whilst you figure out how to move forwards.
