don,t feel too down and alone your defo not alone when it comes to problem gambling , i know the sinking feeling trust me i had it last night knew i should of left a lot of money at home as had no reason to carry large amounts apart from gambling in town after work , which i did and lost every penny , im glad i never had my card or more funds , if you really want to stop you have to reallywant to and avoid that first spin

u got no income now so ur not just playing with your wages but ur be playing with food money , u just cant

Hi FW , you will find lots of help here . Main thing now my friend is to change . Its not easy ,in fact you find it the hardest thing in the world you have tried to do .Us compulsive gamblers are ill people , we are comsumed with a destructive illness that makes us do things we would never have thought possible once. Its very hard but try stay as positive as you can ,this illness feeds off of depression and bad thoughts . Many ,including myself have lost everything due to this illness,the FOBT roulette was my posion as well .See if you can get to a GA meeting ,call the helpline here . You are not alone ,there are millions of us out there .I wish you well on you're recovery.

Hi your not alone my problem is o line gambling makes me so angry when these cheesy adverts come on with slots showing winning lines i play them alot and never had a good win like they show on tv, my problem is i cant let what i have lost go and want it back but it wont ever come back unless i bet silly amounts these companys say it a game of luck more like a game to con you, i think these adverts should be banned. Read this forum alot of helpfull people its working for me these conning companys will not bring me down like they did couple of weeks ago i was ready to end it all. Im only day 5 you can do it fight them urges i know its hard but you can do it keep strong
