I convinced myself I didn't have a gambling problem until I was interveiwed under caution by the dwp today.

I fell pregnant in 2009 and was suffering from pretty bad morning sickness and had to take time off work and then with nothing to do I joined bingo sites and had a few big wins. I was made redundant in 2011 and had more time, especially at night, to go on these sites.

I would win some then lose a lot and by the end of the month I had no money to pay for things and started borrowing money from my sons dad, he never asked what it was for, I would pay the bills and gamble the rest.

I won a large amount last year, over £100000, and have very little to show for it as I put most of it back onto the site and lost it.

I have gone through bank statements today and I feel sick that I didn't stop before now, I haven't been on the sites since the 30th of may and will not be going back on them ever or at least going to try not to.

i keep reading about the large wins people have had and wonder why i never ever had one. lol. in all seriousness its never too late to realise. look to the future and not the past or you will never recover. whats done is done and whats gone is gone. u dont say why u were interviewed? was it bcos they thought u had alot of capital? everything happens for a reason and it will all work itself out x
