Just reaching out after a relapse a few weeks ago, after 6 months clean. just looking for some support really as been beating myself up last few weeks and struggling to pick up my mood and get back into the recovery space

Hi Pauline. I can relate. The thing that's helped elevate my mood is creating a new and healthier routine. Waking up early, taking time to look after myself, going out for my daily walk and then getting busy around the flat with chores. Maybe pick up new hobbies to inspire you. I'm personally working on getting a new job as change is good. Hope that helps. You're not alone xxx
