Hitting rock bottom

I've hit rock bottom 3 times and remember it vividly. I was in a dark place and wouldn't wish that experience on anyone. The first thing that helped me was to self exclude from all online and land based gambling. Then you need to reach out for help and seek professional and practical guidance on turning your life around.

I understand how you are feeling Aimslee .Amount of times I done that I didn't think I could ever stop but I also knew I had to for my own sanity  Self excluding was the scariest thing for me to do but I knew I really wanted to stop for good this time that has been the best deterrent and has given me back my life. It's difficult in the  beginning to see a way through it has left me vulnerable as well because I've now got to deal with the underlying cause of why I got addicted it was a mask for pain I haven't addressed yet but an in the process. I know its easy to say but if you actually want to stop there is all the support you need. I had a slip around 35 days but I'm determined to beat this one day at a time. maybe look online for a food bank also you can look online for a Sikh temple near you? The Sikh community are very generous with food as long as you are respectful they will feed you every day. Make sure you are sober though and offer to help 🙂

I think those online slots are rigged to make you lose. You can't trust them.
