Hi everyone, I have recently tried hypnotherapy for gambling addiction to see if this has any positive effect on me. The hypnotherapist was very professional and I walked out of there feeling relaxed and clear headed as I had actually invested my money in something beneficial rather than feeding it into a Blackjack machine. It was only my first session and I havent had the same urge to gamble as before, although it was only a few days ago. Im sure at some point within the next few weeks/month the urge will come back and hopefully I can deal with it. Im just wondering if anyone else has tried Hypnotherapy and if they have found it successful or not?
