If you are indeed within the UK, there are several steps I would recommend to start off.
Firstly, install Gamblock and/or Gamban on your phone/tablet/PC. These will block 99% of gamblings sites.
Register with Gamstop, so you cannot use any online gambling site within the UK.
Thereafter, block yourself from all UK land-based casinos, via SENSE (if I'm not mistaken).
Contact MOSES to self-exclude from as many bookmakers as you wish.
Self-exclude from arcades etc.
You've made the most important step, in my opinion, by acknowledging a problem and coming on this site.
Make a point of creating a diary on here and utilising the chat rooms daily.
