First few days were very difficult to maintain my concentration back to day to day life.

I am currently on 8th day and I believe that this will be my final times of betting for good.

I hate gambling and I have completely different view on it then I did have for last 22 years of my life

Gambling you're hard earned money away can take you to the darkest of places but I assure you there is light at the end of the tunnel. The rock bottoms can hurt and can get deeper so getting continued support from this website or other places for gambling addiction is a must. 

The main thing is you made it here and admitted you have a problem so you're recovery journey starts now and completely stopping all forms of gambling is the best action you can take now and clean house with friends and family if you can. 

Keep on posting and sharing you're journey, just for today I will not gamble!

I hope you keep it this way... 

Make commitment to yourself not to put any single penny for gambling. Just invest that money where you get small return for sure not throwing your money in well and waiting that it will popup with all the money from well keeping from other throwers... There is no fairness in gambling casinos so just stay as you decided never go back. i have stopped gambling from last 3 months and will never ever try it again..... 

I am worried about my friends whom dragged me to gambling. I want to help other people i hope i will make it out some how to help people facing issues from gambling. i have seen a lot of people suffering.....
