Thanks for your kind words and advice. It says I can download the Д·9 app to my Android phone, however I can't find it in the play store? Anyone know? Or can I activate parenting controls from my service provider, Tesco mobile?

I think for android the best one is gamblock. I believe you can get a free trail but it does have a small monthly charge no where near what you would sown on gambling.

You would need to check with your mobile provider if they can do parental controls

Another good way to stop gambling online is to report your bank card stolen order a new one when it arrives get someone else to scratch of the 3 numbers on the back, they can make a note of it so you can ask them to make none gambling online purchases. Without them 3 numbers you ain't gambling online.

Thanks for your advice guys. I especially like the new bank card and scratching the numbers off. Really helpful. My brother has my card currently. I really am determined to quit forever.
