uo thHi Everyone, I've relapsed and back into betting big time again. I had placed 10k loan in my account.. with a bit of luck from him up there I've managed to win my money back as was even in profit.. but we always think we can win more..so I lost all my profits but I managed to withdraw £40k..every penny I paid in betting this year..so I'm in neutral and very lucky..looks like betting is something not for me.

Dude you have to close that game and withdraw that cash now...or never...and no 'burning off the odd £70 on a round figure'

Your better than the misery of how you wil feel tomorrow morning when it is all gone...

If you dont want the money send it to me, but dont give it back to the casino.... you have not won 40k back.. you just have not lost it yet. if you keep playing you will eventually loose.. its as simple as that.

Stop stop stop! At all costs! Cancel a card, send the money elsewhere, pay it off the loan straight away.. buy a boat!!?? The gambling addiction is making you want to gamble, it's not to do with with win or lose anymore Raj we've all been there. This will eat you up and spit you out if you don't at now. Dealing with a crippling addiction with be a tad easier if you aren't 40k down and wanting to chase your winnings. I feel for you mate because I've been in similar positions.. but take a step back and try to look at your situation without the gambling goggles on and act fast. Much love and hope sent your way man. Mikey

I think you know happened guys..i've managed to loose all my money in a hour of madness this morning. I feel ashamed on what I've done but not hit me yet. Looks like I'm going to have to learn the hard way and now will stop gambling for good. Need to focus on the good things in life..and hope I can overcome this

Bless you mate. What a horrible compulsion this is. What's done is now done. Close the book on this chapter, and when you feel like chasing after the lost money again, just remember that even if you were to win it back, the likelihood is you will just do it all over again, as you have now. We've all been there Raj, I've seen this and felt this all too many times. Enough is enough now mate, for me, for you and for everyone else here. I wish you all the best buddy. Mikey.

Thanks for the kind words Micky..I've now hit rock bottom with betting and need to focus on positives things in my life..such as my little girl. The money will still take 5 years to pay but I will have to get though this, I think I need to be addictive to the gym or do something posite.

Hi Raj,

I know how it feel's, lost 17k that was an advance payment for work I've got to do. Make's matters worse that it has nearly bankrupted my company, I owe thousands in personal credit as well, in mine and used wife's credit cards. Been in an Iva for 7 years due to gambling (55k) so blown in excess of 100k in 7 years. Credit rating so bad can't even get a payday loan with some lenders. For a sensible person in all other aspects of life that is very hard to come to terms with hence why I kept chasing. We have to accept the monies are gone and no chance of winning back as we can't quit whilst ahead. Very hard to do but for me it's either that or lose everything I've got a wife and two daughters who don't deserve what my actions have resulted in. I spend 45-55 hours a week at work and spend all the profits and more on gambling online. Never got funds to do jobs at home or spend on family holidays or days out. It's a nitemare to be honest but things will get better without gambling. We need to stop now and not go back.

I just have to move on and accept it as a bad investment and get on with my life. Will be hard the next few years but I will get through this. My Parents and Wife would be devested if I told them..so I need to stop now whilst I can recover this situation.
