Lost a huge amount of money in the space of just 2 afternoons

You are gonna be okay, it feels now like that but it gets better. You need to stop gambling and if there is anyone to talk anout this like family member or partner go for it. I have lost my life savings couple of times and i know the pain.

It sucks we all know how bad it is.

you know you need to stop, only you can do that.

if you can confide in someone do this, if you can go to meeting do this.  I use the chat rooms as I can’t bring myself to do those options, this helps.

try to think of how no gambling will be in a year, two years, ten years.  Life will be different and a lot more enjoyable.  We need to do the hard yards early to benefit in the future 

I have been here many times before too, Im already self excluded online, have been for 4 years, I relapsed and started using physical shops and arcades.  I have been in everyone and self excluded, and for the first time since this started, I have come clean to my family, friends and employer in the hope that this will be a deterant as I do not want to let them down
