Need to share

Hi everybody my name is senga and I have finally admitted after spending my bill money for 5 years and some, that I have a online gambling problem. Reading the posts here is there anyone really able to kick the habit. I go on to make money and I know its daft but I still do it. Am on a low wage and a few big wins at the beginning led me to believe thats all I would have to do. Now 5 yrs later I have self excluded off every site, yet I still find a way. I tell myself this time I might strike it big. I have now spent my sons bill money of 65.00 and have no money to do me till I get paid at the end of the month. I have decided to be honest with my family. I live alone and cannot say I do it because I am lonely. If I am honest I enjoy playing the games and I sit for hours all night sometimes if I am winning. But I hav came to the conclusion I do not gamble to win. I know I am going to lose before I have even played all my money, but I still do it. All of my family have been addicted to gambling, my son on the football, my brother and dad alcohol and the bookies and now poker. I have always been the slots. I do need help because I am so proud of myself when I dont do it. But then before I know it am back gambling again and I dont like the shame, and thats what I feel. So I was wondering if anyone found the net nanny and things like that useful. Its only online gambling I do. So any help appreciated

I think the wife ideally wants me out but trying to find a way because have 2 young kids and a joint mortgage is not easy to just change! Although starting physcology sessions this coming week, blocked online sites, given my smartphone, and my credit cards plus access to my bank account is looking not enough. I lied before and broke things a 2nd time. So not an easy situation for everyone inc family. Losing it all unthinkable but could happen any time.

Does anyone know a good marriage counselling company or service?
