Hey J33 well done on getting through the weekend so far. Yeah your right so many betting ads just constantly in your face, doesnt help when your trying to give up like us all.
I enjoyed watching football today not checking on my bets, wanting a goal etc so much more relaxing!
Actually feel the best i have for ages not gambling, will start to save money now not worrying about it being lost on gambling and enjoy the little things in life more.

Well done on this weekend its a constant battle for us all but we can all make it, and this forumn really helps if needed.

Well done mate, keep it up. I'm only into my 3rd day of not betting but seem to have reduced my eating as I think I was comfort eating before when I bet. Keep yourself busy at the weekend and have a strategy in place if you have the urge like you seem to on the other days

Well done J33, keep it up a few days without a gamble is a big achievement for a compulsive gambler, so going over 1 week and nearly at 2, is massive.

had an urge to bet yesterday on football but managed to stay clear

hi new to this just put betfilter on laptop cost me 50.00 but hope its worth it won and lost 2000 in 2weeks so had enough feel like its taking over my life started of on bingo had 1 go of fluffy favourites slot won 700 of a 50p bet thought ad hit the jackpot so i banked it after getting that buzz wanted it again so i spent that and more anyway had 340.00 pending where they have it there for 2 days just incase you need it and blew the lot last nite couldnt take it back quick enough they can have it dont want to play no more had my last game 2 hours ago wish me luck

been playing 10 years got 2 jobs always skint so need to change

having lost £600 on Saturday I have finally realised I have a problem

I probably have gambled all my life but as I had a good income I didn't realise how much I was betting

I just have to stop now as I realise I could put myself in serious trouble both financially and mentally

my phone has been the problem as it is easy to put bets on at the push of a button

I've put a block on the phone and closed the accounts down

any other advice
