Hi All,
I am a new member here, have gambled on and off for ten years or so. I really want to stop as we have just had our first baby and I hate the fact that I am wasting money that could be spend on him. I do, however, get urges to gamble and always try to chase losses. 99% of the time this does not end well and I feel so guilty.
Hoping to get a bit of support here and my first target is to get to Christmas without a bet. Wish me luck!

Hello,
Congratulations on opening up and being honest with yourself about your gambling. You haven't mentioned what type of gambling you do but if it is online then I urge you to register with GAMSTOP as it really is a lifesave (I speak from experience).
All the best.
Simon
