Hello
Am new to the forum. Mark snb, should no better.
Had problems gambling in the past. Attended GA. Then went gamble free for a few years. Just had a major relapse and blown about 25k. I had built up a great credit score so it was easy to access loans and credit cards. Now I am looking at help from pay plan.
Haven't been myself these last few weeks, sleepless nights, smoking, lost weight. My relationship with my girlfiend has suffered badly. Confessed to my girlfiend this morning and she knew something like this was up. Don't know what will happen but am hoping I can sort things out. Will wear the scars of this for life.
Mentally I am drained and I can't get what has happened out of my head. Any advice on where I can go from here please?
Hi snb go back to GA and your gf can go to gamanon, she needs support too. Call gamcare, get advice about debt. Good luck!

Hello R, I have a massive problem with sports betting, nearly lost my gf over it she's now pregnant and I'm still finding myself betting even with that in mind. I just need advice to quit. I've used sites ppl haven't ever heard of. My brother is a massively part of my life all my life I've protected him now he's protecting me. Please help.
Hi Joe, When was the last time you had a bet? I think it's important to remember that you've established that you're looking for help. Admitting there is an issue is the first thing.Let's look at ways you can stay away from Betting. Do you bet online or in shops? You say you bet on games you've never heard of, is this because you feel the need to bet. Please take your time and explain the whole situation so I can get a clearer view of everything. R
Hi R,
The last time i placed a bet was yesterday BTTS many different teams and £5 on b****5.
I am indeed looking for help im the fist to admit this.
I do both but shops is just £2 accu but online its £10 a day and £25 weeknds
I bet on the teams i dont know because the odds are greater and its just luck,
Before i had deposit limits i could spend easily 300 in a day
I want to stop i dont enjoyit at all and when i win i just spend again.
sometimes ill spend my last penny and borrow to continue.
Thank you for listning and helping.JJ
