Hi, I'm Perry and i'm 23 years old.
I have finally plucked up the courage to admit I have a gambling problem, and after reading many posts on here thought I'd sign up and start posting and try to re-start my life.
I have incurred debts from gambling (thankfully not too much - only overdrafts and not pay day loans), but these are slowly increasing and it is starting to affect my everyday life.
I am going to start a recovery diary which I will begin writing tonight.
Any help is welcome!
Welcome Perry. first day of a new you. At 23 you have a whole life in front of you my friend, focus on that and all the good things that will come your way. trust me, you can do without gambling in your life you will not win. Check out all the great advise on the pages and listen to what people say, some have a lot more experience beating this than both me and you.
