Things seem to be getting easier no temptations and no little demons telling me to have just one little go perhaps taking all my money out off the bank has worked as well

Star I'm sure you can do it leave your cards at home and your money, I had to draw all my money out of the bank so I couldn't deposit any into my account even left my phone at work so I couldn't log onto my account, just think you would have to drive home get the money then drive back to the cassino by the time you did that you might think is it worth it give it a try I hope you can do it . Iv actually decorated this week a thing I haven't done for ages not had time iv always been playing on my phone , just wonder how long iv played on my phone

Hi Hoppy,

A very warm welcome to the forum.

You may want to start a new thread on 'New members intros' section of the forum where you can tell us a bit more about yourself. It will be more visible for others to see it and to offer you support.

You can also call one of our advisors on our Freephone Helpline 0808 8020133 or the Netline http://www.gamcare.org.uk/netline for more information, advice and support. Both lines are open every day between 8am and midnight.

Warm regards

Catarina

Hi Julie. I have left my cards at home on many occasions and on a few I have actually driven the 40 minutes back home to get them! It sucks you in so deep. I hope you are still keeping strong and I'm sure your decorating looks lovely.... Keeps us out of trouble huh xx

Hoppy I feel your pain! Just remember we will never beat them they will always be the winner. Any wins we have are only loaned to us. I too have gambled thousands away. Currently I'm trying my hardest to slow down.... Keep strong hoppy x
