hi thanks for looking in,I love a bet on the horses and have for years I'm not a massive gambler only do 5p lucky 15 sometimes super Heinz bets at 10p stakes but I do seem to bet on all races and sit down and watch them run all day.Now for me that's not the problem,my problem is the slots online,if I have money in my account then I will play them.Today I had 100 in my account from horses then I think I will have a fiver on the slots,then that leads to more ended up losing the lot chasing my loses.Is it possible to self exclude online so games/slots casinos aren't available to me to play but can still back horses.I did tweet c****s to ask but they've failed to reply to me.I want to try and bite this in the bud before its to late as I find myself playing slots more often lately

Looks like you've nipped this one in the bud before it has started to get really out of hand. Id recommend just stopping all together. I started out just like yourself, small bets with little to no gain or loss. I then started to increase the bets and thus lost more money chasing losses over the 3 or so years that I had a problem with gambling.
Take it from someone who has lost thousands of pounds from gambling, if you feel like you want to "bite this in the bud before it's to late" walk away and never look back.

Thanks for the reply,I have tweeted c****s and William hills and c****s failed to respond yet hills responded within 10 mins.I can self exclude from slots ect on hills and keep betting open,I just want to quit the slots part as betting on horses I can keep control off I've backed horses for 20 years and I never bet big on them I lose what I can afford to lose.So I just want to remove the temptation of playing slots as I honestly think that's all I need to be doing,the wife doesn't mind me betting on horses but she will go mad if I start losing money on slots
Possibly the only solution is to bet, where slots aren't available.
I had a similar situation when it came to bingo. I like playing bingo, but not for a huge amount of time or money. The trouble was the slots section on the bingo sites. I'd go on deposit £10 or £20 a week and have a good hour or two playing bingo at least. But of course once these sites, started to have a slots section, I would be gambling a couple of hundred on the slots.
So for me, it was bye to the bingo sites.
