Hi there, just joined up for the first time - honesty I've been struggling for a few years now on and off, but things seem to have escalated lately so feels like it's time to take some real positive action. No more kidding myself and pretending things are OK! If anyone has any advice on these early days I'd be really grateful.

Just take one day at a time and be kind to yourself. Let go of the losses and keep your mind occupied. It does get easier. I’m currently on 671 days gamble free.Â
