You can’t just go half heartedly into putting efforts in to quit. You need to be honest with yourself, do you want to quit or not? There is sadly no in between of being fine with Sports betting but not with slots.
In the nicest way possible, don’t waste your efforts in stopping one and not the other. There is so many wonderful people on here willing to give you advice and support you, but you need to get in the real world if you want to quit gambling.
