It's great to see that you are still determined to stop. Though you said before, that you don't log on regularly, maybe you would find it helpful to start a recovery diary? You don't have to update it every day, but you might find that it gives you a good tool to monitor your progress and to get support from others.

Well done on the five days...I'm afraid we have no sun as such here at the moment...but fingers crossed it pushes through soon....but at least the world in general seems a sunnier place when we don't gamble : )
