Hi Oldham, you have hit the nail on the head there..... For the first three years on here i couldnt manage to stop and it must have been tough for you to keep on giving the tough love week in week out.... but fin ally i managed to stop and get the numbers in..... thank you for sticking by me and not resulting in me leaving the site.... you gave tough love in a nice way and as a result i stayed on here and stuck with it...

@adam123 no your not babbling, you are an inspiration, and long may it continue. Loads of people take on board you tips, and its obvious you are prospering. Two posts a week is good and a lot of us will learn from those 2 posts. You are a strong lad keep doing what you are doing, because it works.

Here i am back at the start of my christmas break from work..... finnished work a couple of hours early so i went for a couple of coffees and looked around the shops.....

Now back at my folks house for xmas.... will stay here for a few days...... looking forward to this christmas... time spent with family..... chilling out.... resting up for a new challenging year.....

My target for next year i based around my mental and physical health..... im going to look to spend more time in the present, enjoying the present time, and i will focus on how good my life is at the moment...... everyones healthy long may that continue..... im at an age when im still progressing, able to lose weight, get trim, do exercise and work a pretty physical job..... long may this continue ..... but i wont take it for granted anymore ill look to enjoy this moment in life in all its glory....... its now going to get any better than this surely... well if it doe horray......
