Today is a wonderful day!!!

Linda - you have put the biggest smile on my face and it's so good to hear that you are well, happy, married(!), living life to the full and gamble free!! I wrote a few weeks ago about people who have made a huge impact on me and been pivotal in my recovery - you are still right up there at the top of that list........along with a few others!! The wee Irish SuperMum is doing well!! Woop Woop!

Checking in for this week on my Day 262 with mixed emotions - lovely to read all the positives, especially from 'hardtimes' - congratulations to you and best wishes for the future - but really sad about Phil's (Bornagain) departure and really hope that his furlough will give him renewed strength to rejoin us. We will miss you Phil!

hi everyone. i'm checking in on day 163 gf (24 weeks tomorrow).

reading the posts from everyone hasn't made me want to gamble, it has given me hope that I will also be able to abstain as others have. The support that you receive and give is vital, however if you're not in the "right frame of mind" it will be harder. I have found that you need to do this for yourself first and then others otherwise it won't work.

as to the new site it will take time to get used to but it does have a link at the top to take you to the last part that you read so that you just read the latest ones.

Challenge 2015 I'm in 😉

Found myself dreaming about winning alot of money in the casino last night and instantly woke up thinking about gambling, dreams though, that is all it shall remain!

Hi Mr B, checking in on day 55 gamble free, life is hard enough without gambling in the equation. Another great update this week. Regarding the new interface - I like it and find it easier to navigate through. Be strong everyone, small steps on day at a time.

Checking in for the week earlier than normal as I get ready to head over to Glasgow for a football weekend away. Perk of not gambling anymore that I can now be able to travel a lot more which is something always wanted to do.

also have meeting tomorrow about helping me find work as have been unemployed since I graduated college last year. Hopefully sonething positive cones from it as ATM I'd be delighted to just get an interview for a job as just get declined now as lack required experience
